What it is: Teacher training is the support layer behind all our solutions. Instead of handing your school a manual, we run workshops before rollout, support teachers in their first term, and hold refresher sessions every term. A mentor from our team is there for day-to-day questions.
The problem
Schools often buy equipment or software and then find it is used rarely, because teachers were never trained and have no one to ask. New teachers join, trained teachers leave, and the knowledge goes with them.
Our approach
We train people to use what they already have. Teachers practise instead of watching, and we stay with them through the first term, so the new tools become part of everyday teaching and school work.

Three Stages, From First Workshop to Ongoing Support
Teachers Practicing, Not Just Watching
Foundation workshop
A 2 to 3 day hands-on workshop for each solution, before students or staff start using it.
Classroom shadowing
In the first term, a mentor supports teachers in person or remotely.
Ongoing refreshers
Short refresher sessions every term, to keep skills current as the content changes.
Termly refreshers and year-round support
Refreshers are the scheduled sessions each term. Year-round support means the mentor is available for questions between those sessions.
What "Certified" Means
Each teacher who completes the training receives a certificate of completion from Univerzia AI. It is not a government or board qualification.

Univerzia AI, as a certificate of completion.
How does a teacher earn it?
Attend the workshop, complete the practice tasks and take part in the classroom support.
What does it show?
The teacher is trained to deliver or use that solution.
Does it expire?
It is kept current through the termly refreshers.

Training That Fits Your School Calendar
The foundation workshop usually takes 2 to 3 days for each solution. We schedule it around holidays or your professional-development days, so classes are not disturbed. Training can be held at your school, and refreshers are short and held once a term.
